Our aim is to foster enduring, trusting, and mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers who share our values and exhibit a resolute commitment to responsible and ethical conduct across all facets of business.

 

We recognize the diverse legal and cultural landscapes within which our suppliers operate across the globe. The Supplier Code outlines the fundamental requirements we expect of all suppliers, including vendors, service providers, independent contractors, and consultants, as a prerequisite for engaging in business with Aromatan.

 

Our Supplier Code, grounded in internationally recognized standards such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization's Conventions, embodies the following Core Principles:

 

• Engage in Lawful and Ethical Business Practices:

  • Suppliers and their representatives must adhere to the highest standards of ethical business conduct, refraining from any form of bribery or corruption, whether directly or through third parties. We expect our suppliers to promote anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance within their organizations, aligning with legal requirements, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

• Promote a Respectful, Fair, and Diverse Workplace:

  • Suppliers must create and sustain a workplace characterized by respect, fairness, and diversity, fostering an environment where every individual is valued and treated equitably.

• Provide a Safe, Healthy Workplace and Protect the Environment and Community:

  • Suppliers are responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for their employees. Additionally, suppliers should prioritize environmental protection and community well-being in their operations.

In cases where a supplier appears to be in potential non-compliance with the Supplier Code, we anticipate the supplier's full cooperation and provision of additional information. This information enables us to assess the supplier's compliance status.

Should non-compliance be confirmed, potential remedies may include, but are not limited to, the termination of business with Aromatan or the formulation and execution of a corrective action plan within a specified timeframe. A follow-up audit may be conducted as deemed necessary.
